Bedroom 1

This is a double bedroom with its own designated bathroom.

Bedroom 1 benefits from a panoramic window with amazing views over the valley in swimming pool.

It has its own walk in dressing area and a door accessing the outside. 

This bedroom has its own air conditioning unit and blinds to ensure you can keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter!

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 2 is another double room with an ensuite bathroom.

This bedroom is on the north side of the house with a view of the Mont Ventoux. 

The bedroom has air conditioning, shutters and of course curtains.

Bathrooms

Both Bathrooms are done in the same style.

The ensuite bathroom with bedroom 2, as seen in the photo also has a wc within it. The designated bathroom for bedroom 1 has a separate wc.

Both bathrooms have high quality appliances in them and the water has a suppressor to ensure a good powerful shower. 

Please note that the property is served by a septic tank so care must be taken not to block this.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with electric oven and an induction hob.

You have a fridge freezer within the kitchen and a dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. 

There is a breakfast bar dividing the open plan space between the kitchen and dinning area.

​The kitchen has its own air conditioning unit.

Living area

The living area has a fully connected TV, a 3 seater sofa and an armchair.

​This a snug area, opening onto the dinning area.

The large coffee table allows for a fab, cosy aperatif in winter and the TV has access to Netflix's, you tube etc. via your own log in details. 

You will find plenty of sockets in this area should you wish to plug in your laptops or phones. 

Dinning Area

The dinning area seats 8 people and is open plan with the living area and kitchen.

You will have beautiful views over the pool and valley through the 2 large glass doors leading into this area.
