Crillon Le Brave

Le Petit Crillon

This is a wonderful little restaurant in the beautiful village of Crillon Le Brave.

Crillon le Brave is a small, traditional provencal village found just a few minutes from the gite in a car. It is set on a hill with amazing 360 degree views. 

The village is mainly owned by a very smart hotel but next to the hotel is this little gem of a restaurant, Le Petite Crillon.

The menu is small but excellent with a few hot dishes and plenty of salads and snacks to choose from. They also do a great sharing platter.

See above for a selection of the food we chose. Curried chicken skewers were enjoyed by Seb. I loved the Italian salad with plenty of toppings and an amazing sauce. 

The deserts were also fantastic! Shown here is a lemoncello ice cream which was full of flavour!

The wine list is excellent here with wines from Terre du Ghaya. The rose was the perfect match with my amazing Italian salad! The cave is on your way home so if you liked the wine as much as we do you could also pop in and get some for dinner!

La Table du Ventoux

This is the restaurant in the posh Crillon Le Brave hotel. They have a wonderful terrace with amazing views over the vine yards and towards the Mont Ventoux.

You can sit on their terrace and enjoy an apéritif or eat in their restaurant. 

This is a copy of their menu from summer 2022. It changes on a regular basis but is of course available on their website.

We would strongly recommend booking if you want to eat in this lovely restaurant.

Conclusion

To conclude we would highly recommend including the village of Crillon La Brave into your stay with us at Chez Armand Gites.

Le Petite Crillon would be an excellent choice for a stop on a bike or a light lunch and of course the Table du Ventoux makes for a very special evening.
